Is any other unit Commissioners having the problem where in the my Scouting android app, organization manager, that the district is grayed out? I am a multi in 2 districts; unit Commissioner in one district, and asst district Commissioner in the other district. Both districts have been grayed out since I renewed membership on July 1st. My primary (ADC) was renewed before 7-1 and council renewed the UC at the end of July. Before the renewal, I was able to access both districts, select any unit, and see the roster for that unit.
My district and council are not greyed out. I’m an assistant rt commissioner, but also a district chair. Not sure if that makes a difference in trying to replicate your issue.
I am District Commissioner as primary.
On Sept 29, All I got was a spinning “loading” icon when I went to the “Organization Dashboard” or the “View Units” — ALL DAY LONG.
Today - I now see ALL my UC are unassigned from their units - Is there some notice or update that I missed?
Unfortunately, no one from the national support team for myscouting/commissioner tools is on the boards. So, at best you might be something from one of the other commissioners who hangs out here. That said, everybody who’s posted so far was as surprised as you are, so I wouldn’t hold out too much hope of a clear answer here.
Your council commish might be able to push a question up the chain to national via the council professional staff to find out what happened.

Yes, there was an issue where all persons on the District Staff were not displaying. It was fixed by the next morning, but it did require reassigning all Commissioners to their units.

Charley - I am here - I was offline for a few days. But my focus is mostly Commissioner Tools - I try to help in other areas of My.Scouting when I can. And yes, I am from National Commissioner Support - the Commissioner Technology Task Force.
