Are any other unit Commissioners having the problem where in the my Scouting android app, organization manager, that the district is grayed out? I am a multi in 2 districts; unit Commissioner in one district, and asst district Commissioner in the other district. Both districts have been grayed out since I renewed membership on July 1st. My primary (ADC) was renewed before 7-1 and council renewed the UC at the end of July. Before the renewal, I was able to access both districts, select any unit, and see the roster for that unit
I had this posted in the mobile app forum as that is where I am seeing the problem with organization manager.
It works for me, but I am a district chair and assistant RT commissioner.
Since it works for me, it shows it’s a permission issue vs trust broken for all.
