AOL not marked

I have a scout who was part of a pack and completed all of the requirements to get her AOL, however, the pack lost its charter and folded (with the leadership completely walking away from scouting- it was very ugly) before everything could be marked as done and awarded. This scout is now in my Troop. Is there anyway to get the AOL marked in her record?

Your Council can add AOL to the Scout’s record.

I have tried that route, but I can keep trying. I can see from her membership that they tried on a few occasions to give her a membership in the dissolved pack, but still no AOL showing up and I am not sure because of her age and that the pack has completely dissolved, if that would even work.

But as I said, I will keep being the squeaky wheel and see if someone can make the correction.

Your council should be able to add it using their Registrar tools.
