Missing AOL for new scout

Hi,

I was the den leader for a group of kids that made AOL this spring. Hooray!

3 of them pulled through to Troop 410 with us in Austin, but one of them did not get his AOL badge in Scoutbook. I think it may be because he transferred in from a different pack for his last year in Cubs. How can I get this fixed?

@JeffreyPolega You have to go through your local council and ask them to add the AOL rank.

Troops do not have the capability to add Cub Scout ranks or awards.
