AOLs not transferring in

Hi all,

I’m having trouble transferring 2 recent AOL scouts to our Troop. This is the failure message:

Scout 1:

Transfer/Multiple transaction failed. Registration record 167576501 for memberId 13827419 not found

Scout 2:

Transfer/Multiple transaction failed. Registration record 167576527 for memberId 137523977 not found

I thought maybe the issue was unlike the other AOLs, these two are not yet 11 years old, so I had their Den Leader update their Scoutbook records so it shows their AOL as approved. That was yesterday.

Any ideas?

@WilliamCashman The registrations are expired / lapsed, but are in the grace period. The reason why they cannot be transferred is because they do not have current registrations.
