We have an AOL who is transferring into our Troop (36) and we are having an issue with the online transfer. At our last troop meeting I had his mom log in to my.scouting on my computer to attempt the transfer. We were able to initiate the transfer request, but when you reach the screen where you choose which unit to transfer to, the drop down menu for unit type only showed Pack, it did not give us the option to choose Troop. I was thinking maybe his age or grade are entered wrong in the system, but I could not get his profile to load in Internet Advancement to check.
