AOL Transfer to Troop fails with my.scouting error page

I’m in the process of transferring a number of AOLs over into our Troop. Most of the boys have transferred without issue but I have five all in the same Pack who cause the system to throw an error. Last night, the error was the red pop up talking about “Transfer multiple error” or something to that affect. Today when I attempt to transfer them, I get a much fancier my.scouting.org error page saying something went wrong. There isn’t any info on that page as to the issue though.

I’ve had issues with this Pack in particular in the past. At some point, there were lots of multiple accounts being created but I thought they had finally corrected all of that.

@GrantMullins none of those Scouts renewed 12/31/24 - so they are in a 90 day grace period - not sure if you can transfer in that window as there is no payment - talk to your council

I have seen that they cannot transfer when in the grace period.
