For the past month or more the SB app shows my kids but under Adventures shows nothing. I’ve logged off and back in. Deleted the app and reinstalled and always the same. It has an error message always that says “Unable to fetch”.

I don’t know if the app has been updated for the new (2024) Cub Scout adventures. When you login at advancements.scouting.org , can you see the adventures there? If not, it’s also possible your scout isn’t assigned to a den, which is necessary for both systems to to serve the advancement requiremen…

No. Both are the correct ranks. And both were working fine in the app several months ago. And both work fine when using a browser.

@DavidMorris4 - what is the version of the rank ? is it 2024 or prior version ?
