The invite link from my.scouting.org to join our boys and girls troops does not seem to be working. Even though the unit pin shows online registration is available and turned on, when I copy the invitation link into a browser it says “We are sorry, online registrations for this unit are not available at this time. Please contact the unit leader.” Any idea what is going wrong?
The registrations may be suspended while your Council processes its recharters. Unfortunately the system is not smart enough to retain Scouts that register while the charters are awaiting processing.
