Approve Adult Applications as Cub Master COR Delegate

I am a COR Delegate and a Cub Master. Also a Key3 Delegate. We are working on updating our leadership (New cubmaster = me) and committee chair plus getting new den leaders in place for the fall season (working ahead). I was wondering what permissions, besides COR can approve adult applications?

I was under the impression the COR delegate can, however when viewing our adult application pending acceptance, I do not see an “Accept” button.

Any advice / help?
Here is my device stats:

Were you just added as COR Delegate today?

If so, then you will need to wait for an overnight process to run, and you should be able to approve the adult application tomorrow.

BSA systems aren’t always the best when you have a role that grants permission that another role already grants you. As the Cubmaster, you are already a key 3. So, I’d remove the Key 3 delegate. This may not be root cause, but wouldn’t hurt and keeps it clean.

That was it, thank you! I need to have more patience.

Hi - relate to this, How is a COR Delegate established in my.scouting? In Functional Roles I see Charter Unit Representative - is that the same thing, or a different role. Scouting America website not clear about this. If the CUR = COR Delegate, does the COR place a name in that field to delegate? And, does the Delegate only have permission to reassign existing adults, or also to approve new adult online apps? Thanks!

@JohnDean4 - the CUR is if the unit is chartered to the council and is the same as COR. Only the COR/CUR can assign a name as their delegate
