Approved Items not appearing in “To Purchase” tab

Good Morning,

Our Ship Bridge of Honor is quickly approaching. We had some scouts recently complete their Boards of Review, I marked the Ranks as approved in Scoutbook Plus, and they are not showing up in the “To Purchase” tab.

The Ordinary Rank version they are still working on has expired and won’t let me input requirements.

This is a known issue but first report of Sea Scouts. Could you post the Scouting America Member ID (no names) and ranks that are missing?

All Scouts must be on the current version of rank. You will need to go to each Scout’s Ordinary Rank and change the version to the current version.

The Ordinary Rank for this Scout shows up in the “Needs Purchasing” report, but not in the list of items “To Purchase”.
