Items in "Needs Purchasing" not showing up in "To purchase"

I have an issue where I have items in Needs Purchasing that are not showing up in “To Purchase”. They are all approved and it is 2 different scouts. For the one scout, it showed most of the awards in To Purchase except for his Venturing Rank. The other scout didn’t get anything to show up in To Purchase - merit badges, scout rank, anything. Any ideas besides just purchasing manually?

@JerradEly are they already on a purchase order?? what are the scout Member # (no names)? If a Scout is expired they do not show on reports.

They are not expired, one is already on a PO, the other is not.

NAME REMOVED 134111213 Missing Scuba merit badge (shows up on To purchase but won’t let me purchase) and Venturing rank (won’t show up on To purchase) - I was able to add other awards to the open purchase order

3831 Expired yesterday - they are in a grace period - so that is issue
On the other - are you trying to enter things from your Troop Profile or the Crew profile?

Ok, I know she (mom) was having issues with the renew process… the other I’m using the troop profile. UPDATE I just got the scuba merit badge to add to the PO so that’s fixed. Still can’t get Venturing rank to show up in To Purchase.

Also, I just got a screenshot of 3831’s payment on sept 30th - so I’m guessing it’ll take a day for it to get in the system for me to purchase the award??

It takes an overnight run for membership to update after renewal. The status on the Scoutbook Plus roster will say Current once the membership has been updated.

Thanks, thought as much. Hopefully tomorrow morning that’ll all be fixed then. I’ll check back in if it’s not. As for the venturing badge, I can work around that because its not a restricted badge it appears. So I can just add that and mark it as awarded. Thanks and I’ll let you know.
