Arrow of Light Info missing for Boy Scouts

Hi, in March of 2024 we transferred three Cub Scouts to Boy Scouts but we forgot to enter in their completion of arrow of light (I didn’t think this was possible but the scout leader of the boy scout troop is telling us it is not in.) I can still find them in our Cub Scout roster on scouting.org but their membership is expired, they are not coming up in advancements at all. How do I approve the arrow of light for them now? The three scouts are:

Your Council can enter AOL for these Scouts.

Ours required a paper advancement report (picture, but still filled out and signed).
