I am Unit Treasurer, and correctly have that role in Scoutbook. I have access to, and a connection with, all scouts who were part of the unit when I gained that role last spring. However, I do not have access to any scouts that have joined this year. Shouldn’t I automatically gain those connections? Or is there something else that needs to be done by someone with a higher Unit role than me?
Only unit and den/patrol admins have automatic connections to new scouts. We make our treasurer a pack admin for that reason.
