When send out to my unit Calander invites using the ASAP function it sends out copies 1 minute apart until I force close Scoutbook Plus. I have attached a copy of the Event Reminders that is listed in Scoutbook and what was emailed.
I only hit the save button once. The additional 3 ASAP reminders I didn’t set. I had only set 1 ASAP function and saved it. I don’t know where those other 3 came from.

I believe the screen shots are enough to report the issue.
I received 4 emails, my wife and my unit received 4 emails.
The developers have a few questions for you as we have not been able to reproduce your issue:
What browser were they using?
Did they get into the event from the old Scout book?
Was the event freshly made and then edited or it was a preexisting event?
Did the user stay in the event form page after editing or did they move to another view of the webpage?
Where there other reminders set up before or with the asap ones?

Was the event freshly made and then edited or it was a preexisting event? Was a preexisting event but was just a place holder on the calendar. The event was never previously sent out
Did the user stay in the event form page after editing or did they move to another view of the webpage? I stayed on the event page because the “icon circle” was running for a long time. It was sent out to 108 parents in my unit
Where there other reminders set up before or with the asap ones? I had sent it just to myself to check to make sure it looked ok. Then deleted the ASAP reminder, added all the parents and sent it out to everyone using ASAP
