ASM Cannot See Scouts

Hi there,

One of our ASMs (MID 141532521) cannot see Scouts in our Troop (813B) that have been assigned to patrols. He can only see those who are unassigned to patrols. I checked and his permissions are all in place. Please let me know what can be done.

@JamieWaskey - have they clicked the reset filter red text and are they assigned to that patrol

@JamieWaskey have them Go to SB+ > Roster > click Filters > Click RESET no matter what it shows
