Ast Scoutmaster is not connected to new scouts

I just had 2 new Scouts sign up this past weekend and my Ast. Scout Master can not see them on the roster. As CC I can see them and have access to them.

@ConstanceGonsalves - have they tried the reset filter on the roster page and that would be the RED reset filter text

@ConstanceGonsalves what Permissions does the ASM have - ASMs by default do not have permissions. What is the ASMs Member # (no name)
