ASM Can't RSVP to Events

I recently received a notice that my Youth Protection Certification expired. The notice was inaccurate (it expires Oct '23), but ever since receiving the notice I can no longer RSVP to my troop’s events. I can RSVP for my son, just not for me. I also can no longer enter advancement for any scouts in the troop.

I am also now receiving a notice that I seem to have two accounts, but I can’t figure out how to access or delete the second account.

This has been driving me nuts. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I have merged your Scoutbook accounts. The one you could not log in to had your troop admin role. I have merged the accounts. Please let us know if this fixed your issues.
