Asm to sm

Hello all. During Recharter I had the Batch error and was unable to change my status to Sm from ASM and change out our Old SM to ASM. Now our Council tells me there is a new system they our Newly hired Register has not been trained on as there is not training as of yet. How do I get that changed?

In the Scout Book side it shows me as Sm but not on the My.scouting.org side.

The COR or COR Delegate can do it in my.scouting.org - under Positions Manager

I’m pretty sure you’ll need to wait until your charter is “posted” before you can use the tools @DonovanMcNeil is talking about. It should be pretty easy (just a few clicks) for the COR to do this.
