Assist with Award

I have a scout (ID 134158516) that has 2 “National Outdoor Achievement Award (Hiking) - Device #3 (Gold) Award” approved and I can’t get one of them to go away. I need to approve one so that I can then enter in his Silver, too. Can someone assist with this?

That scout already has a Hiking #4 Silver

I can award one of the #3 golds. And, yes, I had originally awarded the silver. But the extra gold will not allow us to remove it or award it. We removed the silver based on the error message that said we could not remove the gold because the silver had been awarded. This problem was created when scoutbook first moved the awards over, and there was all that confusion with these awards.
