An already awarded adventure will not clear out

I have taken over as Committee Chair and am trying to clean up a neglected Scoutbook Plus for our pack. One adventure from a few years ago was already awarded, but is still showing in “roster => advancements => to award”. It shows awarded in “roster => advancements => awarded” as well in the scout’s profile. In “to award” I select it, click “award item, award and finish” and it says sucess, but the item still shows to award and won’t go away.

@MichaelGolla1

We need the Scout’s Scouting America Member ID (no names) and rank/adventure that you are having trouble with.

Member ID: 14674790

Rank/Adventure: Wolf/Finding Your Way

@MichaelGolla1 yeah - that youth has 2 instances of that adventure. One Awarded one Not. You could try putting the Scout in a Wolf den > Go to adventure and change version > but I bet as it is already complete you will not be able to. I will send to Developers as it should award no matter what.

I am having a similar problem with a Tiger Tail Adventure from 1/17/2018 showing on our troop “Needs Approval” list and there is no way I see to approve it to just clear it off. Scout ID 137402908. Thank you for any help to clear this.

Thanks - I don’t think I’ll be able to put him back in Wolf - I also can only see one version of the adventure - but maybe I’m not looking at the right place.

If the developers can force it to award, that would be great.

@KatherineBynum there should be a RECORD button you can use for it

There is no way to get the Record button part to be come click able.

hmmm = wonder if it is cause it is retired - let me see

This is what I’m seeing, fwiw

@MichaelGolla1 - i gather checking the box to the left of the scout and clicking award items is what is failing

Correct - it says success, but doesn’t actually work

Interestingly, It shows up as “awarded” - but it’s still showing as “to award”

@MichaelGolla1 I think this is now resolved

@DonovanMcNeil, yes, thank you! It looks good now. I really appreciate the help!
