Hello all, we have an ASM who joined with his crossover Scout this spring. He is listed in our unit roster in my.scouting, but he cannot email youth from Scoutbook. When I (Committee Chair) look at his account in Internet Advancement, all data for this ASM show as empty, with ‘undefined undefined’ listed under where the picture and name should be. His Scout ID# is 140141974. Any suggestions on a fix? Many thanks

@ChristopherHunt5 In Scoutbook (legacy), adults need to be connected to Scouts with View Profile permissions (or higher) in order to message Scouts.
Thank you both. In Legacy Scoutbook this leader has no Scout connections. Do I go through and connect them to each Scout?
Yes. You can connect him manually to Scouts using each [Scout]'s Connections page. Or you can use the Connections Manager on the Troop Roster or Patrol pages to connect him to multiple Scouts quickly.
Click on Adult Name in Roster > Connection Manager > then you connect to all scouts at same level with one click
