Audit Log Report- Dates incorrect (reports date event created, not the date of the event)

The Audit Log report is incorrect (and useless) for Calendar events. The date that is given is the date the event was created, not the date of the event itself. The created date is useful information, but should be stored in another field (maybe appended to the Detail field?

This is AUDIT data - that is all about who/when created/edited an event. Not to produce a list of true event dates.

All other data in the Audit Log Report lists the date the rank was earned the date it was awarded, etc. The Calendar event itself says “Calendar Attended” or “Calendar Not Attended” So that indicates that this is tracking attendance NOT creation of the event itself. Arguably, there should be a second entry for creation of the event, but this is for attendance, and in this case it is useless..

I will check - but I think that IS Attendance recording

kind of looks like if I went in and did Quickentry for attendance on 1/2/25 - it notes for all invitees (attended/not attended) - then if you go back 2/2/25 for and mark 1 scout attended it just shows them for that date and time. As I said, it is a log or Audit Actions.

The audit log should show the date something is marked complete, not the completion date. We will check it for accuracy.

What I am seeing is that when using quick entry for attendance, the date shows as the date the event was created, not the date the quick entry occurred. Also, there are no Leader names associated with the calendar event to show either who entered the event OR who marked that scout as attending the event.
