- Profile - Provide helpful hint when changing primary phone number
- Profile - Make carrier required only when selecting checkbox to receive text messages from BSA

** Change “Please contact your council office for any changes on your personal information.” to Please contact your council office for any changes to your personal information that are not editable. - Add sort by position feature
- Remove “no extra fee” from UI and replace with “Local council processing fee may apply”
