I had the same issue; unable to download the charter from my.Scouting. I also noticed the Recharter menu option is no longer on the Internet Advancement page. Are both of these Council related issues?

If your recharter is complete, the menu goes away until next year.

That makes sense. The last time I had the Recharter link and clicked on it, the page read “On Hold”. I suppose this means the registrar finalized the processing.

Any idea why the charter isn’t available on my.Scouting?

@MarkYedlowski It looks to me like your charter just posted yesterday (Jan 21). So, it may just take another day or two for all the systems to sync up.

@MichaelFilbin It looks like your pack was chartered for 15 months (Oct 22 to Dec 23). I bet that’s confusing the system. You’ll need to ask your council to submit a ticket to national.
