Auto-fill activity logs individual entries

It would be nice when doing individual (vs. group) activity log entries if the fields would pre-fill based on the information entered above.

Example:
We had 40+ attendees at summer camp. All but three attended for the full period indicated by the start and end dates. Users can create entries for the entire group, but when you go to the individual tab to create different day/night counts for those with fewer nights, you have to fill day/nights for everyone. It would be nice to have the days/nights pre-filled for everyone and then just manually change a few people. The only current work-around is to create separate activities for each set of day/night counts.

This was the summer camp camping log created from the calendar event. It populated all with the same days/nights and if i did have anyone different I would use the individual tab to change those from what was populated via the event.
I think that is what you are after. But I could be mistaken as i do not exactly follow the problem you are having.
