Hello, I have this issue for several scouts in our troop. Some of the MB’s that were awarded are now showing as just approved and not awarded. They were definitely awarded in the legacy application but did not transfer over to SB plus for some reason.
I see it for multiple scouts - just a few of them are 135547066, 135754470, 131274100

@MindyDoerr well it is not transfer; it is the exact same database - what Specific Member ID and merit badge is an example you Think were marked awarded
One example is scout 135547066. Swimming, Cit in World, Environ Science, Emergency prep, Ocean, Wild Survival, Weather.
These have all been awarded but only show as approved
I’m seeing the same issue. For me it is mostly things that were awarded by the troop’s previous advancement chair.
Those are all awarded - when you go to the MB page what do you see?

I’m having same issue. Also, since I’m new to the forum, I guess I can’t start my own post… so I appologize for hijacking this one. We have scouts that were approved for badges & were awarded them last week. I have changed status as “Awarded”… it reflects that in some places, but not everywhere. Again, I hate hijacking this thread- can you message me directly? Or should I continue here?
@EricGlenn- firs thing - do not use scoutbook classic for advancement.
So, it’s showing correctly in the new version. I guess it won’t cross update? I should just ignore the Classic?
@EricGlenn- scout advancement is in scoutbook plus so leave classic alone except for messaging and pay logs.
