I just awarded merit badges and the indicator did not turn to gold as it should, why?

Yes, I even restarted the computer and that did not help.

I went into Scoutbook and in reports and needs awarding report and posted Saturdays date of being awarded.

@EdwardSmith2 - DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT use anything other than advancements.scouting.org for troop advancement and DO NOT look at advancement in legacy scoutbook

Note that there have recently been changes to the permissions structure, so your unit Key 3 might need to update your permissions, as noted in the blue banner at the top of these forums. Permissions assigned in classic Scoutbook do not carry over to SB+ (advancements.scouting), as noted in the blue banner.
