I went to run a “needs awarding” report in Scoutbook Plus and noticed that several (about a dozen) merit badges that had been marked as awarded in legacy Scoutbook were now marked as not awarded. It was random across a few Scouts with some going back to 2021. I marked them as awarded so the problem is solved. Just reporting.
