I have a Scout who recently transferred to our troop. Her previous troop didn’t record any hiking or camping information for her, but she did do some of these and I prefer to have them tracked electronically.
Is there any system issue if I record these dates when she was not in my troop?
there are no limitations - you could just enter in mass - camped 36 nights on 1/1/25
That’s what I thought, but just wanted to make sure before I started pounding in dates!
If she is not an OA member, you may want to try and get accurate camping nights recorded individually going back 2 years from your next OA election, otherwise the OA eligibility report will not be accurate for her.
Thank you! She is not an OA member, but that was my next step after I got the nights individually entered, which I have now done. Really appreciate the feedback!
@DavidParker7 Also a good idea to double-check the Scout’s “Date Joined Scouts BSA” date.
