I am having an issue with one of my Unit’s public pin on BeAScout.org.

This unit is Pack 0094 American Legion Post 271 and is part of the Evangeline Area Council (212). The public pin that prospective scouter’s see has no option to sign up online, but when I log into the unit tools, all the boxes are checked to where this feature should be available. “Allow people to apply online” is checked and blue, the Pin Preview window shows the signup button should be there, but on the actual public side its not there.
I see no option of a help desk to call for support, so I am hoping that someone here can help.
@MichaelWatts I assume Council/District TAKE Online apps? I would turn it off > Save > then turn it back on to try to reset it. If that does not work, your council can send in a National MemberCare ticket
Yes sir, they do take apps. Have for years. In fact, this unit worked just fine last year. Already tried the on/off/on again thing too.
What is your unit’s expiration date?
it JUST expired 8/31/2024 - this issue occurred before the expiration though, if that is where this is going. We have been bird dogging this for the better part of a week.
Once your unit expires, the buttons go away until your unit’s chartering is processed. Yes, even if you submitted it in time.
