Unfortunately I was not part of our pack’s rechartering, but since the process was started, I have found several duplicate accounts. Either the internet re-charter website is not sending properly formatted data to Scoutbook, or Scoutbook is not properly displaying the information from internet re-charter. Either way, accounts are being duplicated and accounts are being created that look the same as another, but has slightly different permissions/access. There is no way I can put in a trouble ticket for every person in my pack. HELP!

You can send one e-mail to scoutbook.support@scouting.org with a list of all leaders that have been duplicated. Include your council and unit number.
