Boatwain’s Mate of Program

In my Ship we have a Boatswain’s Mate of Administration and a Boatswain’s Mate of Program.
The BM Admin shows credit to Rank Advancement for both Scouts BSA and Sea Scouts.
The BM Program does not give credit for either program under “Scout’s Name Leadership”.

Can this be fixed?

Are the positions applied to the whole Ship or just to a Crew in the Ship?

Yeah I am thinking what happened here is originally it was just Boatswain Mate - later it was divided so the PORs just did not get applied - I turned it in - watch the Change Log

Boatswain’s Mate of Administration/Program are like Assistant Senior Patrol Leaders who are not in a Patrol/Crew.
