I have a den leader who does not have a BSA number listed in Scoutbook.
He has one listed in My.Scouting. When I try to click in the field it doesn’t allow for entry. He has also tried on his end too
Anyone have an answer to this issue?
Is the adult logging in to Scoutbook with his my.scouting.org ID? He may have 2 accounts, one attached to his my.scouting.org ID and one that uses an e-mail address and password, or he may just not have setup is account for SSO.
I suggest having him log in, then to to My Dashboard → Administration → My Account → Switch SSO Profile. He will be asked for his BSA#, my.scouting.org ID and password. Once he does this, he will then use his my.scouting.org ID to log in to Scoutbook and his BSA# will be attached to the account.
