Bug report: failure to transfer some parent relationships to scoutbook plus

In Scoutbook, I can see a scout (id 14810886**)** that is linked to both parents. The same scout in Scoutbook Plus only shows one of the parents.

When I try to re-add the missing parent (id 140435396) in Scoutbook Plus I get the following API error:

(Attempting to validate an address with a regex like that is a very bad idea! The US Postal Service offers a dedicated API for validating mailing addresses that would be much better: https://developer.usps.com/addressesv3.)

@edward the mother has a # in her address and that is a known reported bug - watch the change log for updates.

As a temporary workaround, you could ask the mother to log in at my.Scouting and edit her address to remove the # symbol. After the link is made, she can add it back.
