Looks like a common issue - our Cub Pack is showing as a Scout Troop. Dens have been removed and scouts are listed as unassigned to Patrols. I am unable to assign a new scout to their den. Also unable to document advancement.
@RebeccaSpear looking - first concern is your leader registration is expired and SB+ relies on that. Are other pack leaders seeing the same thing?
@StephanieSherrane your MID (BSA#) switched to a Circle 10 one - I will change that to see if it solves it for you

I have a similar issue with a unit that I had a second registration with until they merged into our Pack. The unit is now closed and no longer exists but its still showing up on scoutbook and shows it with the Troop symbol not Pack symbol.
@AdamGossmann Have you tried ending your positions in the other pack in Scoutbook (legacy)?
Well it still shows up, but at least when I click on it it doesn’t go anywhere, now its in a do loop since removing myself as pack admin and den leader.
So it got rid of it from legacy Scoutbook but it still shows up in Scoutbook+
