I am a Cub Scout Den Leader and my Scoutbook Plus has recently changed and now looks like a Troop page instead of a pack page. It is tan instead of yellow and I can’t sort by level or den or reassign dens because they are listed as “patrols” and I get error messages. How can I get this corrected?

@AmyBradlow take a look again - I fixed your accoutn - I recommend that you contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up your children. When they look up your children, they want to check your children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that your children are connected to you as parent with Only your correct BSA member ID number 14010025

My account also is showing troop instead of Pack. I know there are issues all over because of the new registration process & recharters. However, I am Cubmaster for our pack, so I’m not sure if this is cause of my list of issues or if I will need my council team to help fix my issues.
