I keep getting the following error.
“invalid value ‘0’ for uri parameter userid. 0 is not greater or equal to 1”
@EricRuby - the calendar is working for me. What browser are you using ? How are you getting to the calendar
I’ve tried Chrome and Edge at home and work. Last night and this AM. calendar won’t load and the weird error shows up:
I have tried deleting cache and temporary files
Also tried firefox. The error almost looks like there is a problem with my profile?? userID =0 or something
Can you toggle the position in the upper right corner pull-down under the Cub Scout logo to see which roles are there? Maybe it’s hung on a role that has no access to the unit calendar.
I can- My role is cubmaster. I also get the error when trying to view the calendars for both troops that i am part of. the calendar refuses to load for me
Hrm. That definitely sounds like it’s not loading the right credentials for your account for some reason.
Like Stephen, I’m not seeing any issues accessing my unit calendar. Probably time to invoke one of the SUAC folks, since they can see “behind the curtain” unlike us lurkers.
@EricRuby - incognito session for any and all browsers attempted ?
@EricRuby your SB User looks messed up - give me a few to look at it
ok thanks- I did invite my youngest (to have his own account) 2 days ago. I wonder if something got messed up when I did that
Yeah that would explain some things - how did you do it? in Legacy Scoutbook? through my.scouting.org and creating an account? If the second did you enter the same email you were already using.
We have seen this before but have never figured out the process the user used to make it happen
legacy scout book.
" 1. 1. Log into Scoutbook:
Go to scoutbook.scouting.org and log in using your account credentials.
-
- Navigate to your child’s profile:
- Click on “My Dashboard”.
- Under “My Family,” click on your child’s name.
- Click on “Edit Extended Information”."
hmmmm - ok @EricRuby
got all of that done- then logged into child #3s account to change the password to something he can remember. it looked like everything worked.
i noticed the calendar problem last night
@EricRuby your account is being cleaned up - and I thank you as you helped me reproduce (finally after around 2 years) how it is happening so that can also be resolved
Thank you and happy to be of service. Does Josh Ruby’s account also need to be fixed?
Both will get fixed - Josh took over your account
that kid is always trouble (always the leader’s kid). Do you know how long it will take to fix whatever it is that I did to screw things up?
No I do not have timeline - but typically does not take long
