When new people are added to the unit in SB they are not automatically added to future events on the calendar. Can this please be fixed? We do our calendar a year in advance and have to go into every event and update when new people join the unit.
This is a known issue. We do not know when the BSA will schedule this update for the calendar.
We recommend using the volunteer written and supported Feature Assistant Extension for Scoutbook for Chrome and Firefox to easily add new members to multiple events at the same time. See Feature Assistant - What is it? for details.
That would be nice, but it’s not really a standard feature for most calendars on the market. I don’t know what it would take to add this; it seems like the logic to make it work could get pretty convoluted.
