Deleted an invitee from the roster under the Edit function, selected “Save”…nothing happens.
If you return to the Event Information page is the invitee still gone?
If I remove an adult or scout from an event under the edit function the system does nothing when I select save. The adult (or scout) remains on the list

Ok, so I tried several events with same result. I select “Edit Event”, I expand the selection for adults. Next I click on an adult and click on the 3 dots and select remove. When I select “Save” afterwards nothing happens.
I don’t know how to explain it further. While it make work on your end, it is not on mine.

I had a similar issue a few weeks ago.
I found that i had old reminders that had to be deleted or other legacy things that needed to be converted to new calendar requirements.
One of these was adding start & end times (the new system wasnt taking “full day” events yet)
Was this solved? I’m having trouble in a similar scenario, editing a past event to update invited scouts so i can do rsvp - and the save event after adding/removing doesnt seem to do anything.
We are having a similar issue. We transferred several Scouts from a Pack into our Troop. They (and their parents) were auto-added to calendar events, and we cannot remove them from the invitee list. Edit event, delete invitees (count drops as expected), hit save, then the “save successful” message appears but the count is back up and the removed people are back on the list.
It appears that we can remove any non-transferred people from the same events with no problems, it’s just the transferred folks that can’t be removed.

I had same problem as MarkCorbett… Turned out to be the event description was blank. Once I corrected the missing event description, everything worked. Would have been nice if an error message popped up stating “missing Event Description”. There was a small red colored line stating, “Required Field” under this data element but I missed that. This event was entered previously on the old Scoutbook Calendar which didn’t have that requirement.

My issue is: Event Details | Scoutbook Plus (scouting.org)
- Certain events invite last year’s list of members (ie event invites did not update with 2024 recharter). When I deselect all and reselect scouts and leaders it matches the current charter numbers. Save event and it saves. Then when I go back to the event, it has all the old non-rechartered folks still included.
- When I open the RSVP report for the event there are several scouts noted as “uninvited” when these scouts are invited and have been a part of the troop for a while, so they are on both the pre-recharter scout list AND the current correct list.
