Continuing the discussion from Scoutbook - multiple issues:
Dear Scoutbook Team,
In reference to my previous post, I sent an invitation via Scoutbook for the ASM to connect to his Scoubook account but he is still having trouble logging in. He has asked for his account to be deleted and for a new one to be created.
Is it possible to delete his Scoutbook account and “start over” with a new account?
If not, what can I do to help him successfully log into his Scoutbook account?
Please advise.
