Can no longer enter camping nights for my venturing crew since most recent update

Can no longer add camping nights for my venturing crew, I can add service hours but not camping nights. I have all the permissions. It is since the most recent update.

@HeidiFraser what do you mean you cannot enter - can you be more specific on what you are seeing? Are you sure your Crew Profile is selected in the top right dropdown?

Also, are you trying to add camping via the calendar and service via the logs, vice versa, or both done one way or the other?

Any of these camping log failures include a zero day or zero night

It will not let me click that final button to add the camping nights. Click the button and nothing happens despite multiple attempts. Only since the update earlier in May.

Yes some youth and parents came for the day only portion and some did the day and night portion. I even tried to enter them as a batch of day only and a batch of day and night onky. When the green record button is clicked nothing happens or records

Zeros cannot be saved as a new event - they can be edited to Zeros after the initial save

I was unable to save the event until I just keyed a 1 for day, 1 for night and 0 for frost points and it worked - it was the only way the camping activity could be saved.

Please have the developers mark that all fields must be filled in to save because that’s something new since our March 2026 campout and there is no error notification that the form is incomplete

There is a story already on the Zero issue. It seems to only effect making an event, you can go back and edit to Zero

Thank you, I hope they fix that issue, wastes our leaders time, It did work to add everyone as one night and all 0 for frost points, then I went back to edit. Please fix to allow 0 and add an error message when it is overlooked. Save our leaders some of their valuable time. Thank you so much everyone.

So if you enter 0 for Frost it failed? if you just leave alone it is fine I think

@HeidiFraser @LianneRutty - I have found success in saving a camping log by entering a zero in nights. Leaving it blank will not save. It is the days and nights that need a quantity
