I am the scoutmaster and when I go into connections on each scouts page, I can search the counselor but I am only given the check box to have them connect as an adult leader. The only scouts that were able to be assigned to him were his daughter and a girl who came from the same pack.

Is the leader in the same unit as the Scouts? is the MBC already connected to the Scouts in Legacy?
MBC is listed as committee member in the troop but has no connection in legacy scout book
@CharlesCarroll is that Merit Badge started for the other scouts?
It is complete for his daughter and he is linked(or invited) to the other girl formerly from that pack

In Scoutbook (legacy, go to [Scout]'s Merit Badges. If you don’t see Electricity listed, then click on “Start Another Merit Badge” to start it.
