Can’t connect Merit Badge Counselor to Scout

I’m Merit Badge Counselor. Our Scoutmaster has trouble to connect me to scout. He can find my name in the search, but it does not say the mb that I signed up for.

I checked my position in scoutbook, everything looks good to me:

I could connect the scout if I have his ID and last name. Please advise how to fix the issue.

Does the Scout have the desired MB started? It must be started for a leader to connect an MBC to the Scout.

@edavignon Could you please provide more detail? Do the scout need to make some changes, so the leader could connect to MBC?
