The MBC for our troop36 can no longer connect to scout(s) for a merit badge. Please note, all our MBC are registered. In the past parent could do it also but not any more.
Do they need a Troop Admin access to perform this action?
Can you please provide more details on what you’re observing? What steps are the MBCs/unit leaders taking when trying to connect the MBC to the scouts? What error(s) are you seeing?
When you search for the MBCs using the MB Counselor List from the troop’s Scoutbook page, do all of the MBCs appear in the list?
Post the MBC’s BSA Member ID (no names) and we will investigate.
