Can’t add MB to a particular scout

Both myself and our troop admin are having the same problem. We are unable to add any merit badges to a scout on scoutbook.

When we click on “add merit badge” it’s takes us back to dashboard

This scout bridged from another council, though I dont Think that is the issue, since another scout also bridged.

Is it just a particular merit badge, or is it all merit badges you’ve tried? This is usually because the scout has a hanging membership in a pack in Scoutbook.

If you or a unit admin goes to the scout’s Memberships page in Scoutbook, you can put an end date on the pack membership. If that’s not the issue
