I am a scout parent. When I click on the merit badge, it takes me back to the dashboard.
@JaniceStadler Ask a Pack Admin to:
- Log in to Scoutbook (legacy).
- Go to the [Scout]'s Membership page.
- Click on the Scout’s membership with the pack.
- Add a date ended (while keeping the position approved).
It now tells me that there is no account with my email
