User 11638579 is not able to receive emails through Scoutbook. The opt out toggle is not selected. Please help! He hasn’t been able to get emails for two years now and we haven’t been able to identify the issue.
He’s says he is not opted out and sent me a screenshot to that effect. Please help!
He is opted out - there is nothing I can do on that - user has to take action
but I see the issue - there is another account that he is using

Can you please respond directly to the user? He’s sent me screenshots with the toggle off. If there is a different way to opt back on, we don’t know what it is.
