How can I set up the SPL in Scoutbook to be able to create, edit and invite the troop to events? We have created a new email address for this role in the troop already. Do I create a dummy account in Scoutbook with troop admin privileges? Or can the youth just be setup with admin rights versus anything to skirt the rules?
The account would need to be an adult account as youth can’t edit the Scoutbook calendar. You could make the account a Committee Secretary as that position has the ability to edit the calendar.
