Large troop transitioning from TroopMaster Web to Scoutbook soon. We are wondering if there is a way to upload parent email addresses from a CSV, or if we have to go through each scout and enter each parent manually.
I believe the feature assistant extension has a feature for doing this.
Please be aware that many adults already have Scoutbook accounts. All you need to do is search for them and connect them to their Scout(s). I recommend searching by e-mail address.
Dies the feature assistant search or always create? Searching x68 scouts x2-3 parents will be… tedious 
The first thing you should do is go to your unit roster, click on the gear icon in the upper right and select Show Parents/Guardians. If the BSA recorded parents in ScoutNET, they will already be connected to your Scouts. The number you need to add may be smaller than you think.
